I used to straighten my hair... always but was inspired to wear my hair natural after seeing other people with amazing curls.

I started learning about and looking after my hair and over time, it started to get healthier.

I started using a satin scarf to help protect my curls overnight and found it made my hair way less dry and frizzy, pretty much immediately.

Once back to health, I would never​ let my hair on any drying/abrasive surface that would draw moisture from my hair (which causes frizz, dryness, breakage and split ends) such as bedding, cushions, sofas, hoodies, headrests etc.

However, I didn't want to always wrap my hair so I thought creating a hoodie with a satin lined hood would be an easy and convenient way to be able to protect my hair from drying surfaces (it was!!) and now I hope they can help other people with their hair too.
